What this site collects

If you submit the inquiry form, Chairmetrics receives the business information you enter: your name, email, practice name, and any optional details you choose to provide. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the information needed to create the appointment under its own privacy policy.

Patient information

This website does not request, collect, or store patient health information of any kind, and you should not submit it through any form on this site. Chairmetrics is a marketing and analytics consultancy for practice owners; it does not provide healthcare services through this website and makes no HIPAA compliance claims for it.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed, buttons clicked, and general interaction patterns. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may process your IP address and browser information. Session recording is not enabled. This data is used only to improve the site and is not sold.
